Prince George, the infant son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has been announced as the star of a remake of the Karate Kid movies, palace sources tell BrokenNews.com.au.
The young prince was congratulated in person by President Barack Obama during a visit to Kensington Palace to mark the young royal’s Hollywood debut.
Prince George was wearing his karate uniform during the meeting, and extended his right hand to shake hands with the President.
“He’s sure got a strong grip for a little guy,” the president joked. “I didn’t think he was going to let go.”
Many had confused the young prince’s karate outfit for a dressing gown in photographs leaked by Kensington Palace. But Broken News can confirm that the Prince was well and truly in character as the Karate Kid during the Presidential meeting. Our sources have confirmed George will star in a series of the Karate Kid films, to be titled “Karate Kid: The Royal Chronicles.”
The series will feature Prince George playing himself, as a young blue-belt karate kid, who uses his moves to save Buckingham Palace and the Royal Family from a series of increasingly incredulous plot twists.
Prince George entertained the President and First Lady of the United States for about fifteen minutes with his karate and ninja moves before his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, put him to bed.
Broken News understands this is the the first time that a Royal will star in a Hollywood feature film of this kind.
